MOVE • PLAY • EXPLORE — Travel, Learn, and Stay Active Together

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) proudly announces the launch of Little Champions on Move, a family and youth-focused tourism initiative designed to promote learning through travel. The project integrates physical activities, cultural discovery, and local experiences under the concept of MOVE • PLAY • EXPLORE, creating travel experiences that are fun, meaningful, and health-enhancing.

Little Champions on Move is designed to meet the needs of modern families, millennials, and international travelers seeking experiential travel activities for children and families. The program emphasizes active participation, hands-on learning, and meaningful connections with local communities across Thailand.

Mr. Apichai Chatchalermkit, Deputy Governor for Domestic Marketing from TAT stated,

“Little Champions on Move introduces a new form of family tourism, with movement and learning at its core. It creates enjoyable and meaningful experiences while providing opportunities for children and families to explore Thai culture. At the same time, it supports local tourism operators in reaching high-quality travelers.”

The project offers experiences built around three key pillars:

         1. Sport Traveling – Travel through movement-based activities such as running, walking, cycling, and outdoor adventures designed for children and families.
         2. Thai Culture Heritage Game – Discover Thai culture through interactive games, traditional activities, and immersive cultural experiences.
         3. Food & Health – Enjoy local cuisine and wellness activities that connect nutrition with a balanced lifestyle.

Little Champions on Move will collaborate with tourism operators across Thailand to deliver a wide range of activities, including outdoor adventures, cultural learning, and food and wellness experiences—creating diverse travel routes tailored for families.

The project officially kicked off with a Sport Traveling Experience in the Banglamphu district of Bangkok. The launch event featured warm-up activities, walking and running tours exploring the historic old town, local history learning, and Thai Heritage Games for families—fully embodying the MOVE • PLAY • EXPLORE concept. The event took place at Roam Run Banglamphu on March 29, 2026, with special guest Khun Mickey Nonthapat Na Pombejra, and welcomed a large number of participants interested in sport and cultural tourism in the Banglamphu area.

The adventure season has begun—come and be part of the fun!
