PTT Digital launches IPAC (Intelligent Process Automation Center) – a full-service IPA technology hub, enhancing work processes for precision and speed, while venturing into Healthcare and Insurance markets.

The bot also processed claims for up to 220,000 cases daily, with auto approvals and authorizations up to $100,000 USD per day, saving more than 100,000 hours of work annually. Businesses in the healthcare sector in the United States have brought intelligent automation into various projects across Banner to fill a void that other applications/technology cannot perform.
