B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) has officially announced on<\/p>\n
27 June 2025 that its subsidiary, RES Company Sicilia S.r.l., has acquired<\/p>\n
100% of the shares in Apulia Green Energy 01 S.r.l. an Italian-registered<\/p>\n
company, from LT Service S.r.l. for a total value of EUR 10,000. The<\/p>\n
acquisition marks a strategic move into Italy\u2019s battery energy storage<\/p>\n
market.<\/p>\n
Dr. Harald Link, Group President of B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited,<\/p>\n
revealed that Apulia Green Energy 01 S.r.l.\u00a0 is currently developing a<\/p>\n
Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project with a total planned capacity<\/p>\n
of 218 megawatts, located in southern Italy. In addition, RES Company Si<\/p>\n
cilia S.r.l. has partnered with LT Service S.r.l. to establish a new<\/p>\n
subsidiary, Cerignola BESS S.r.l., with a registered capital of EUR 10,000<\/p>\n
and an equity structure of 51% and 49%, respectively. The new company will<\/p>\n
develop another BESS project with a capacity of 378 megawatts, also situated<\/p>\n
in southern Italy.<\/p>\n
These initiatives mark BGRIM\u2019s first foray into battery energy storage,<\/p>\n
forming part of its broader strategy to expand its renewable energy<\/p>\n
portfolio and enhance energy resilience. With the Apulia Green Energy 01<\/p>\n
S.r.l. acquisition and the establishment of a new subsidiary in the Republic<\/p>\n
of Italy, BGRIM now has additional 600 megawatts of energy storage capacity<\/p>\n
under development.<\/p>\n
This partnership reflects a significant step forward in advancing renewable<\/p>\n
energy development, enhancing energy efficiency, and supporting stable and<\/p>\n
clean energy in line with BGRIM\u2019s long-term strategy \u201cGreenLeap \u2013 Global and<\/p>\n
Green\u201d and its corporate vision:<\/p>\n
